Our Sunday service schedule is a Sunday morning worship service in the Sanctuary at 10am, and our Converge Dinner worship service in Bragan Hall from 5-7pm. We believe worshiping God together as the body of Christ is an integral part of our calling to disciples of Jesus Christ! Please come join us one Sunday! We would love to meet you!
Pastor Scott Didriksen offers scripturally sound, Christ centered sermons that inspire us to improve our relationship with God and each other by continually allowing the Holy Spirit to transform us into the image of Jesus Christ our Lord!
We love all kinds of music that glorifies and honors God! Through hymns, gospels, bell choir and contemporary praise we show our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ how much we love and honor Him! Worship Team rehearsal is every Tuesday at 6PM in our Sanctuary. If you want to join please all are welcome!
Holy Communion
We practice an open communion table which means you do not need to be a member of Community Church of Davie to participate in this extremely important part of our worship experience. All who profess that Jesus Christ is their Lord and savior is welcome at His table! Communion is served every Sunday!
Ministries of Service
“Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’" Matthew 25:34-36
Here at Community Church of Davie we believe it is critical to living discipled Christian lives that we feed and clothe the hungry and needy, visit the widows, the sick, and the prisoners, and welcome the stranger into our midst! We have numerous missions and ministries both here at the church and connected to our community and the world!
On Sunday mornings we have Sunday School classes for adults, students, & children at 9 AM. We also have weekly Bible Study that meets every Wednesday in our Chapel at 7PM! All are welcome!
Ignite Children's & Student Ministries
We love Children of all ages and believe they are an integral part of our lives. We offer several children's programs and activities including Sunday School at 9AM, Children's Nursery at 10 AM for children 6 and under and Ignite Student Ministry for children ages 5-17 on Sunday night at 5 PM!
